We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is only processed on this website to the extent necessary for providing a functional website and our content and services.
Processing is carried out on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the TTDSG.
3. Hosting
Our website is hosted by the following provider:

We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The hosting provider automatically processes the following data:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- pages accessed
- browser type and version
- operating system
- referrer URL
Processing is carried out for the technical provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies and Consent Management
We use the consent management tool Complianz.
When you first visit the website, you will be asked for your consent to use certain categories of cookies and external services.
The following categories may be used:
- Functional (technically necessary)
- Statistics (anonymous, optional)
- Marketing (optional)
External services such as YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook are only loaded after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Technically Necessary Data Processing
Certain data is technically required for the operation of the website. This includes:
- server log files (see Hosting)
- security functions
- local storage of consents (consent cookie)
This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Contact
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be used exclusively to process your enquiry.
Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).
The data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed.
7. Embedded Content (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
Our website may embed content from the following providers:
- YouTube (Google Ireland Limited)
- Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.)
- Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.)
This content is blocked by default.
A connection to the providers' servers is only established once you have consented to the relevant category.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Please note that these providers may transfer data to the USA. The USA does not provide an equivalent level of data protection.
8. Local Integration of Google Fonts
For the display of fonts, we use locally integrated Google Fonts.
There is no connection to Google servers established.
No personal data is transferred to Google.
9. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the following rights:

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as needed to reflect current legal requirements or changes to our services.
12. Photo and Video Content / Media Gallery
Processed Data: On our website, we publish photos and videos of club members and events (media gallery, event coverage). In doing so, personal data in the form of images of the individuals depicted is processed.
Legal basis: Publication is based on the consent given pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. For minor club members, consent is given by the parent or legal guardian. Consent is obtained via our separate consent form, which is referenced in the club's privacy policy.
Retention Period: Photos and videos will remain published on the website until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing no longer applies. Upon withdrawal, the content will be removed from the website as promptly as possible.
Recipients: The published photos and videos are publicly accessible to all visitors of our website. If content is additionally shared on social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook), the privacy policies of the respective platform operators apply.
Exercising Your Rights / Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by contacting us at privacy@hongikingan.de Following withdrawal, we will remove the relevant content from our website. Please note that copies already stored in search engine caches or on third-party platforms cannot be removed completely or immediately.
